It's not a rocket science nak buat pavlova nih.. i mean like seriously d ingredient is basically what we always have on hand. but it's sure a very tricky dessert to make.. silap sikit, memang hancuuuus la... so, i'm not going to share the recipe, becoz kat internet nih memang dh berlambak2 dah recipe pavlova. Cuma nak ingatkan a few crutial steps in making these pav...
1. Make sure all d utensils are clean, tak boleh ada minyak atau apa2 benda asing.. so pandai2 la korang fikir cara nk bersihkn peralatan korang b4 buat pav ni..
2. Make sure pecahkan telur tu dengan berhati2 coz sedikit kesan telur kuning pun boleh mambantutkan pav korang... (for me, d best tools to seperate d egg white from d yolk is by using my HANDS... best tool ever!!! Pakai egg seperator tu x sesuai langsung...)
3.Whip ur egg white as long as possible... smpi dia mmg btl2 stiff peak.. tegak berdiri... or ur pav tak akan menjadi... and make sure gula larut sepenuhnya untuk mengelakkan pav tenggalam..
4. Pavlova ni dia sgt manis... and to get that crispy outer effect, u have no choice but to use a lot of sugar, kalau nak reduce pun tak boleh la reduce terlalu banyak, sebab dia tak akan jadi crispy kalau terlalu kurang gula.
(tips yang saya share ni is base on my experience making pavlova.. kali ke 3 baru menjadi... )
