Lama dh tak update blog yg x seberapa ni... bnyk perkara yg berlaku dalam hidup ni sejak akhir-akhir ni.. Apa-apa pun,bersyukur dengan apa yang ada.. So, this time just nak share this chocolate cake that i got the recipe from my cousin.. sgt sedap dan moist.. since i'm feeling a bit over the top on that day i made this cake, so i decide nak wat ganache... saje je...
Than, a few days later, i've made my own version of Baklava.. a yummie, sweet and nutty dessert origin from Turkey (if i'm not wrong)... Sedap gak... n very simple.. just guna filo pastry, melted butter, pistachio, and using simple sugar syrup with cinnamon and orange peel...
It's a bit sweet thought, but i love the tangyness of the fresh squeeze orange juice into d syrup together with this Baklava... yummieeeeee!!!!!!!!!!
